Individualized Health Programs
The Nourished Self offers therapeutic and intuitive wellness coaching that is holistic in nature. As a Certified Recreational Therapist, Health Coach, and Yoga Instructor, Samantha Eyerman supports her clients’ observations and evaluations of their health & wellness in all aspects of life such as: emotional, spiritual, social, physical, mental, environmental, and occupational. With Samantha’s support and guidance, clients identify and create their own goals.

Samantha is quite literally the coach on the sidelines leading drills and teaching skills during practice sessions for her clients to implement in the game of life. Pardon the pun!

Clients can expect to learn skills such as effective coping, anxiety & stress management, mindfulness, meditation, effective communication, nutrition, trauma healing & support, recreation, and more. Each program is crafted mutually by Samantha and her clients to meet the individual client’s needs and is adaptable throughout. Samantha’s ideal clients are those who are ready to explore change, devote time and energy to themselves: willing to learn and try new things; open to letting go of what no longer serves them while accepting what does; and ultimately excited to cultivate a life of balance that is meaningful and joyful to them.

Group Workshops and Classes
While individual coaching support allows for more confidential and pointed discussions, group engagement provides a whole other level of connection, community, validation, and support. Samantha is a fierce advocate for the importance of social supports throughout the lifespan. The human spirit needs safe, enjoyable, and regular social interaction. This was lacking before the COVID19 pandemic and has only become more desperate in its wake.
Workshops & groups offered through The Nourished Self are rooted firmly in the belief that profound awareness & healing come from shared vulnerability, compassion, and respect when interacting among a group where all feel welcome and safe.
